I know Santa Claus is a fictional character but I think it's good for children to be allowed to believe in something, it keeps Christmas exciting for them during the holiday.
My beliefs on Christmas are not really religious I just see it as a magical time to be kind to each other and letting the children of the world believe and be so excited about it. I like that good behavior gets celebrated and rewarded with gifts and Santa is a good example of that and quality family time
